Banwood products are sent directly from the manufacturer so please allow 7 working days for items to be dispatched. If other items are ordered in conjunction with Banwood, they will be sent separately in accordance with our standard dispatch timescales. Therefore, our Banwood products are not available with a priority, next day delivery service. 

Please note that Banwood items cannot be shipped to UK Islands including Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

• You have 28 days from delivery to return items for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on changing mats that have been opened. Our changing mat dimensions are on each product listing and are sent in clear packaging so prints/colours can be assessed without the need to open packaging. 
• Sale items must be returned to us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
• Personalised, made-to-order, and sample items are not eligible for refund.
• Returns after 28 days (up to 10 weeks) may qualify for exchange or credit note.
