How best to clean & look after my mat?
We recommend you clean your mat with warm soapy water only. We do not recommend that you use cleaning products (especially those containing bleach) to clean your mat as this can lead to the PVC becoming brittle which can lead to tears.
Do not machine wash & keep out of direct sunlight.
Our mats are wipeable but they are not stain resistant. Therefore, to help prevent stains we recommend that you refrain from letting your mat sit soiled for too long.
Whilst our splash mats are great for cleaning up most mealtime mess, they are not stain resistant and so certain foods such as the dreaded pasta sauce may stain your mat (in the same way it will your babies clothes!). Our splash mats are designed to take the brunt of messy mealtimes and to protect your floors and carpets. If staining is an issue than we encourage you to select one of our darker prints and/or avoid using the splash mat during mealtimes that contain foods that are likely to stain.
How long will my item take to reach me?
We try best to keep you updated with current dispatch & delivery times - please check the announcement bar at the top of our website. Normally, we aim to dispatch same/next day on either an express service or standard service (options given at checkout point). Our standard shipping is a 48 hour service once dispatched.
Please note all dispatch and delivery timescales are approx & given current COVID19 restrictions there can be delays (currently up to 4 days to dispatch items along with postal delays).
We encourage you to wait at least 10 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch. Our couriers will not look into any order status until the timeframe has exceeded.
There seems to be a problem with my order - can you help?

We always endeavour to work through any issue you may have with your order so please always email us first. Please note that it is very difficult for us to amend any order details once your order has been placed - this is because our warehouse are so speedy at processing your orders once they come through!
A product is out of stock - can I pre-order?
At present, due to COVID19 restrictions we are no longer offering a pre-order service. This is because we want to be absolutely sure our products have landed in our warehouse before they go live on the website. What you can do is sign up for our 'back in stock notifications' which can be found against any product listing that is out of stock. When we click go on new stock you'll receive an email immediately.
Can your items be personalised?
Unfortunately this is not a service we offer. We really believe that a baby essential item should be passed down to siblings or friends and so we keep our products simple & feature lots of unisex prints.
I ordered a few days ago but now the item is reduced - can you refund the difference?
We understand that it is frustrating for a customer to have missed out on a discount. We always encourage you to email us before you order to check whether we have any upcoming sales & we have a range of permanent discounts available (such as our email sign up code). We unfortunately cannot refund any missed promotions or discounts as any adjustments to orders result in fees with our payment providers being incurred along with administrative fees.
