  • The sale starts at 7am on Thursday 5 November 2026 and ends at 9pm on Sunday 22 November 2026.
  • Save up to 60% on selected products only.
  • All sale products are subject to availability and offered while stocks last.
  • Prices shown already include the discount. No discount code is required.
  • Sale purchases cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.
  • Discounts apply only to eligible products purchased during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
  • Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Outlet & End of Line Promotion

  • This promotion is valid on selected Outlet and End of Line products only.
  • Eligible customers may receive a promotional discount code via selected marketing channels, including social media, email communications and customer marketing campaigns.
  • The discount available may vary depending on the promotion received.

Sample Sale Terms & Conditions

Our sample sale products may be unpackaged, have damaged packaging, or minor damage to the products. These items may have been used during photoshoots for the website or be imperfect returns.

T&Cs:

  • These items are non-returnable.
  •  Items or their packaging might have damage or they may be missing their original packaging. There may be slight signs of use and products could be dusty from storage - please ensure you are comfortable with this before purchasing. 
  • You must read the descriptions carefully, so you are aware of what to expect. 
  • There are extremely limited numbers, so please be quick to ensure your choice is still available. 

 We do not accept returns on ANY of our sample sale items.


Discount Codes Terms & Conditions 

  • We will occasionally make discount codes available to new and existing customers. 
  • Unless specified otherwise, discount codes can only be used on full price products.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer. 
  • Unless specified otherwise, discount codes are one use per customer. 
  • Discount codes cannot be redeemed against direct dispatch products, which are items dispatched directly from suppliers. This includes the brands Scoot & Ride, Tiba & Marl, Tenderleaf Toys, Threadbear Designs, Finnson and Biscuiteers.
  • Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with Mystery Boxes or Product Bundles.
  • Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with a gift card purchase.
  • We reserve the right to rescind any discount code at our own discretion. 

Bundles & Offers

  • You can view our current bundles & offers here.
  • These offers only apply to full price products, and can't be combined with other discounts. 
  • In the case of a free product offer such as 3 for 2, you will receive the cheapest item for free.
  • We reserve the right to remove these offers at any time at our own discretion. 

Free Standard Shipping Over £75

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders with a basket total of £75 or more, after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied.
  • Additional charges apply for deliveries to remote locations, including (but not limited to) Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other areas identified as “remote” by our delivery partners.
  • Full details on remote location surcharges can be found on our Shipping page.
  • Free Standard Shipping is not available on Direct Dispatch items - this includes Tiba & Marl, Tender Leaf Toys, Threadbear Designs, Scoot & Ride, Finnson and Biscuiteers.
  • If your basket contains both Direct Dispatch items and standard items, additional shipping charges may still apply.
  • The free shipping offer applies to our Standard Shipping service only.
  • Upgrades to Priority Shipping are available at an additional cost.
  • If an order requiring amendments falls below the qualifying spend, shipping charges will be applied.
  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

General Terms & Conditions

  • We encourage you to check our shipping times before completing your order. All shipping times are approximate and so please note there may be times where your order is dispatched after this timeframe.
  • Delivery dates and times provided by our couriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Mabel & Fox cannot be held responsible for any costs, expenses, losses, or inconvenience incurred as a result of delivery delays, missed deliveries, customers needing to be available to receive a parcel, or any re-arranged or rescheduled deliveries required due to courier delays or service disruptions.
  • If your order is urgent please opt for Priority Shipping during checkout. 
  • There is a very small window of time to amend your order should you need to change your delivery address etc. Please note that when an order has been processed and shipping paid and allocated we are unable to make any amendments. Please refrain from contacting us via social media for this matter, we cannot guaranteed your message will be seen in time. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes on delivery addresses entered at checkout. Items that are returned to sender (us) due to incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery will be refunded, less the delivery charge.
  • Please note that there can be some colour differences compared with how our products look online - this is due to monitor displays. Colours across various product batches & materials can also differ. 
  • Should you experience a fault with your order or a product let us know at info@mabelandfox.com so we can look into this for you. Please note that we will ask for photographic/video evidence of any faults, so we can ascertain the problem and offer advice. If this cannot be provided, we are unable to help you further. 
  • If your item(s) has arrived damaged, please contact us with 48 hours of delivery at info@mabelandfox.com so we can conduct investigations.

  • Please contact us within 14 days at info@mabelandfox.com if your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date or is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it.We will investigate with the courier to try to locate the parcel and if this isn't possible, we will proceed to offer a replacement or refund on the order. Please read our full non-receipt of goods policy here: Non-Receipt of Goods Policy – Mabel & Fox Any claims made outside of this 14 day period will not be considered.

  • We offer a manufacturers' warranty on all of our products. However, please note that use of cleaning products on our changing mats or keeping your mat in direct sunlight will void this warranty. If you need advise on how to care for your product please read our Product Care page.  
  • Sale items should be returned to us with 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items returned to us outside of this will not be eligible for a refund and only a credit note or exchange will be issued.


Social Media

Image Usage and Consent 

By tagging Mabel & Fox (@mabelandfox) in any social media posts, you are granting us consent to use your tagged images across our social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.  

Prior to reposting your content you will be contacted by a member of the M&F Social Team who will refer you to these Ts & Cs and give you the chance to decline your content being shared.  

All reposted content will be credited with the appropriate accounts.

If you have not tagged Mabel & Fox but would like to share your images with us for potential use, please email the images to info@mabelandfox.com. We will reach out to you to request permission before using any images not tagged with @mabelandfox. 

Image Removal Request 
If you would like an image removed from any of our platforms, please contact us at info@mabelandfox.com. Include a copy of the image and specify the platform(s) from which you would like the image removed. We will address your request promptly and ensure the image is removed as requested.
