Summer Sale Terms & Conditions

  • Our Summer Sale starts on Saturday 29th June at 7am.
  • All products in the Sale will be discounted automatically, you do not need to enter a discount code. 
  • Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. 
  • We reserve the right to remove products from the sale at any time.  
  • During this busy time it may take longer to process your order than normal.
  • Please check our shipping page for further updates. 


General Terms & Conditions 

  • We encourage you to check our shipping times before completing your order. All shipping times are approximate and so please note there may be times where your order is dispatched after this timeframe.
  • If your order is urgent please opt for Priority Shipping during checkout. 
  • There is a very small window of time to amend your order should you need to change your delivery address etc. Please note that when an order has been processed and shipping paid and allocated we are unable to make any amendments. Please refrain from contacting us via social media for this matter, we cannot guaranteed your message will be seen in time. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes on delivery addresses entered at checkout. Items that are returned to sender (us) due to incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery will be refunded, less the delivery charge.
  • Please note that there can be some colour differences compared with how our products look online - this is due to monitor displays. Colours across various product batches & materials can also differ. 
  • Should you experience a fault with your order or a product let us know at info@mabelandfox.com, we will in the first instance look to send a replacement out to you.
  • We offer a manufacturers' warranty on all of our products. However, please note that use of cleaning products on our changing mats or keeping your mat in direct sunlight will void this warranty. If you need advise on how to care for your product please read our Product Care page.  
  • Please note that items in the sale or outlet are not eligible for refunds. Should you wish to return your sale or outlet item, a credit note will be issued instead. 


Discount Codes Terms & Conditions 

  • We will occasionally make discount codes available to new and existing customers. 
  • Unless specified otherwise, discount codes can only be used on full price products.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer. 
  • Unless specified otherwise, discount codes are one use per customer. 
  • Discount codes cannot be redeemed against Dropship products, which are items dispatched directly from Suppliers. This includes the brands Banwood, Scoot & Ride, CuddleCo, Obaby, Snuz & Minibeau.
  • We reserve the right to rescind any discount code at our own discretion. 


Bundles & Offers

  • You can view our current bundles & offers here.
  • These offers only apply to full price products, and can't be combined with other discounts. 
  • In the case of a free product offer such as 3 for 2, you will receive the cheapest item for free.
  • We reserve the right to remove these offers at any time at our own discretion. 


Social Media

Image Usage and Consent 

By tagging Mabel & Fox (@mabelandfox) in any social media posts, you are granting us consent to use your tagged images across our social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.  

Prior to reposting your content you will be contacted by a member of the M&F Social Team who will refer you to these Ts & Cs and give you the chance to decline your content being shared.  

All reposted content will be credited with the appropriate accounts.  

Contact for Image Usage 
If you have not tagged Mabel & Fox but would like to share your images with us for potential use, please email the images to info@mabelandfox.com. We will reach out to you to request permission before using any images not tagged with @mabelandfox. 

Image Removal Request 
If you would like an image removed from any of our platforms, please contact us at info@mabelandfox.com. Include a copy of the image and specify the platform(s) from which you would like the image removed. We will address your request promptly and ensure the image is removed as requested.
