- Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands: Order by Friday 12th December 2025
- Standard Shipping: Order by Tuesday 16th December 2025
- Priority Shipping: Order by 12pm, Monday 22nd December 2025
Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before Christmas Day. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Extended Return Window: Items purchased between the 24th of November 2025 and the 24th of December 2025 are eligible for return until the 14th of January 2026.

- You have 28 days from delivery to return items for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on changing mats that have been opened. Our changing mat dimensions are on each product listing and are sent in clear packaging so prints/colours can be assessed without the need to open packaging.
- Sale items must be returned to us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
- Personalised, made-to-order, and sample items are not eligible for refund.
- Returns after 28 days (up to 10 weeks) may qualify for exchange or credit note.
