Scoot & Ride - My First - Rose

Our Scoot & Ride products are sent directly from the manufacturer. If other items are ordered in conjunction with Scoot & Ride, they will be sent separately in accordance with our standard dispatch timescales. If ordered to Northern Ireland there will be an additional £20 charge, which will need to be paid before we can process your order.

Dispatched within 3-4 working days and sent via DPD Next Working Day Delivery (excluding the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, where shipping takes 2-3 working days)

• You have 28 days from delivery to return items for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on changing mats that have been opened. Our changing mat dimensions are on each product listing and are sent in clear packaging so prints/colours can be assessed without the need to open packaging. 
• Sale items must be returned to us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
• Personalised, made-to-order, and sample items are not eligible for refund.
• Returns after 28 days (up to 10 weeks) may qualify for exchange or credit note.
