- Eco-managed certified wood: Made from wood from sustainably managed forests, without contributing to deforestation.
- Easy cleaning: To erase felt-tip pens or pencils, use a microfiber cloth or a whiteboard eraser.
- If pencil marks persist on the white surface, apply a small amount of hydroalcoholic gel to a soft cloth or cotton pad, then rub gently so as not to scratch the surface. To prevent the appearance of "ghost marks", remember to clean the board regularly.
Installation: Can be fixed with adhesive tabs for frames without damaging the walls. (Tabs and hooks not included.)

- You have 28 days from delivery to return items for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on changing mats that have been opened. Our changing mat dimensions are on each product listing and are sent in clear packaging so prints/colours can be assessed without the need to open packaging.
- Sale items must be returned to us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
- Personalised, made-to-order, and sample items are not eligible for refund.
- Returns after 28 days (up to 10 weeks) may qualify for exchange or credit note.
