  • You have 28 days from delivery to return items for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on changing mats that have been opened. Our changing mat dimensions are on each product listing and are sent in clear packaging so prints/colours can be assessed without the need to open packaging. 
  • Sale items must be returned to us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
  • Personalised, made-to-order, and sample items are not eligible for refund.
  • Returns after 28 days (up to 10 weeks) may qualify for exchange or credit note.
