- You have 28 days from delivery to return items for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- We cannot accept refunds for changing mats that have been opened due to safety hygiene reasons. Our changing mat dimensions are on each product listing and are sent in clear packaging so prints/colours can be assessed without the need to open packaging.
