Please find below details of our shipping services.

Standard Dispatch 

Our standard orders are currently dispatched within 3-4 working days of placing your order. Delivery can take 2-3 working days to arrive from dispatch.

Priority Dispatch

Priority orders are dispatched within 1 working day of placing your order. Orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri are processed and shipped the same day. The majority of our priority orders are delivered the next day. However, as our delivery partners do not provide a guaranteed service, there may be rare instances where delivery takes up to two working days.

Please Note that Personalised products and Direct Dispatch items such as Furniture are not available for Priority Shipping. Full delivery timescales can be found in the individual product description.

Warehouse Collection

We offer free collection from our warehouse in Mulbarton, Norfolk. Collections are available Monday-Friday between 10-4pm.

Simply select the 'pickup in store' option at checkout. As soon as your parcel is ready for collection, we will notify you via email.

Letter shipping

We also offer letter shipping for thinner items such as cards, hair clips & wallpaper samples. This service costs £2.50 and will be calculated at the checkout. Delivered within 2-3 working days.

Remote UK Postcodes

Due to additional charges implemented by our delivery partners, there is an increased cost to deliver orders that include larger products (such as changing mats) to remote UK postcodes. All delivery charges will be shown in the checkout once you have entered your delivery address. Affected postcodes and their costs are listed below:

These are estimated timeframes - we are not in control of these dispatch timeframes as they are dispatched from 3rd parties. Please ensure you are comfortable with these timeframes before placing your order as they can be subject to delays.

Brands which are affected by this: CuddleCo, Obaby, Scoot & Ride, Banwood, Mustard Made, Minibeau Wallpaper and Hauck.

Please note: CuddleCo, Obaby and Hauck items cannot be delivered to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Banwood items cannot be shipped to any UK islands, including Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

We use Royal Mail and DHL to deliver our parcels.

Royal Mail deliver Monday - Saturday (Saturday for most locations).
DHL standard service delivers Monday - Friday

We also offer free local collection for customers who live near our warehouse in Mulbarton, Norfolk.

Yes you can! Our delivery partners do this slightly differently, so please see the following for how to track your order:

Royal Mail - Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a dispatch email from us. Royal Mail will email you with your tracking information and you can check your delivery status using the information they provide. Here you can chose from various options to ensure you receive your order safely. Please note that your tracking may not show it is moving until the first scan in their network.

DHL - Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a dispatch email from us. This will contain your tracking information and you can follow the delivery progress. On the day of the delivery, you should receive an email and text from them giving you a time window and redelivery options should you not be available to accept your order.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct before making payment. Mabel and Fox cannot take responsibility for a parcel going missing or being returned to sender due to incorrect details being entered during check out.

Tracking updates may take up to a day to appear, so don’t worry if there’s no information initially. Please make sure to follow the tracking so you can ensure you are available for your delivery. If delivery is missed, alternative options can be accessed through the tracking link provided by our partner.

Please note: Due to the volume of orders leaving our warehouse every day, we are unable to individually track every order. Please contact us on info@mabelandfox.com for further support.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via info@mabelandfox.com 

Please include: URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE (#order number) in the subject line, and confirm your details along with the changes to address in the email body. Providing we receive this before dispatch and collection from our couriers, we can amend this for you. 

Please be aware: We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address it correct before making payment.  Mabel and Fox cannot take responsibility for a parcel going missing or being returned to sender (our warehouse) due to incorrect details being entered during check out.

We often spot customer errors whilst processing orders and contact them to confirm details, such as delivery address. However, the customer is responsible for checking the information they input in at checkout – ensuring that everything is correct. 

If an order is returned to us by being rejected at the point of delivery (this happens when incorrect or insufficient address details are entered at checkout), then the customer is responsible for paying any reshipping costs. If Mabel & Fox are at fault, we will resend these out free of charge. 

In the circumstance that a delivery is unsuccessful and returned to the depot, it is the customer’s obligation to collect the order before it is returned to the sender. Our couriers will inform you of your next steps and there will be more delivery options available on the tracking link provided to you by our delivery partner. At this stage you have the option to cancel your order too, but any refund will be for the products only and not the cost of shipping

Please include: URGENT CANCEL ORDER (#order number) in the subject line, and confirm your details/the cancellation request in the email body. Providing we receive this before dispatch and collection from our couriers, we can cancel this for you. Please note, if we do not receive this in time and your order is dispatched/we have already paid for your postage label, any cancellation will be refunded minus shipping costs. 

When a pre-ordered product is listed on our website it will clearly be marked as ‘pre-order’ and will have an estimated time frame for when we expect stock to come in.

Please note that we will always attempt to keep ETAs as accurate as possible, but ultimately it is an estimated time of arrival for the stock and not a guarantee that it will be in by then.

Due to the size of our changing mats our courier choices are limited, which does mean unfortunately they are more expensive to send than you may think. We cannot be as competitive with our postage charges as the big retail giants - they receive preferential shipping rates with couriers due to the high volumes they send.

Our postage fee of £4.95 goes towards the overall cost of shipping and packaging, but does not cover this entirely. 

Remote UK Postcodes

We have had to increase the charge for orders that include larger products (such as changing mats) to be delivered to remote UK postcodes due to the increased costs from our delivery partners. We do not pass on the entirety of the charge, which can be over £10 per order, to try and be as fair as possible. Postcodes affected are listed below:

Highlands & Islands: AB31-38, AB41-56, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-50, PA60-78, PA80, PH4-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Northern Ireland & Channel Islands: BT, IM, JE, GY

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping outside of the UK at present.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to BFPO addresses.

Additional Information

Here at Mabel & Fox we are trying to our bit for the environment. So your order may arrive in recycled boxes from our own suppliers/deliveries. Please let us know if you would prefer a plain, unbranded box. We also use recyclable mailing bags, card envelopes, recycled paper void packing and reused bubble wrap. We encourage all of our customers to reuse these items too, or if this is not possible to recycle them.

Delivery times do not factor in any possible delays caused by payment authorisation or pending payments.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday - Friday.
