Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot provide refunds on this item unless they are returned unopened in their original packaging, unused, and with any hygiene or security seals intact. Items that do not meet this criteria, will only qualify for a credit note or exchange upon return.
Provided your items meet these conditions, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used when placing the order excluding postage costs. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
