Can I make changes to my personalisation after placing my order?
As personalised items are created specifically to your requirements, we recommend checking all spelling and personalisation details carefully before placing your order. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will advise whether amendments can be accommodated.
If I order other items at the same time, will they be sent separately?
No. Your entire order will be dispatched together once the personalised item is complete and ready to ship.
How do I add two names to the bow?
Simply enter both names when placing your order and leave a note at checkout with your preferred layout:
- Both names on one side of the bow (slightly smaller text)
- One name on each side of the bow
What colours are available for the personalised velvet bow?
The personalised velvet bows are available in: Black, Blue, Green, Brown, Red, Pink, and White.
How is the personalised bow attached?
The personalised velvet bow is supplied separately and includes gold brooch pins, allowing you to easily attach it to your advent calendar.
