Shipping policy

We ship orders using Royal Mail and DHL.

Royal Mail deliver Monday-Saturday (Saturday for most locations).
DHL standard service delivers Monday - Friday. Some special services are available, please email us for more information.

STANDARD DISPATCH - Currently standard orders are dispatched within 4-5 working days of placing your order.

STANDARD DELIVERY - These orders go out on a standard delivery service with our delivery partners and this can take 2-3 working days.

Our STANDARD 48 hour delivery service is £4.95 or free when you spend over £75.

PRIORITY DISPATCH - Priority orders are dispatched within 1 working day of placing your order. These orders are prioritised by our processing team and providing they are placed before 12pm go out on the same day.

PRIORITY SHIPPING - These orders are sent on the fastest postage option available to use - 1-2 working days. Please bear in mind this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service, but will be prioritised through the postal network and will arrive sooner than the standard shipping options.

Our PRIORITY service (24 hour and prioritised during processing) is £7.95

REMOTE UK POSTCODES - Orders being sent to remote UK postcodes will be dispatched according to the information above, though delivery itself will take 2-3 days longer than the estimates given.

Due to additional charges implemented by our delivery partners, there is a increased cost to deliver orders that include larger products (such as changing mats) to remote UK postcodes. All delivery charges will be shown in the checkout once you have entered your delivery address. Affected postcodes and their costs are listed below:

Northern Ireland: £9.95  (£4.95 for orders over £100)

Scottish Highlands & British Islands: £12.50  (£7.50 for orders over £100)
Postcodes: AB31-38, AB41-56, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-50, PA60-78, PA80, PH4-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE.

Channel Islands: £12.50  (£7.50 for orders over £100)
