Can I make changes to my personalisation after placing my order?
As personalised items are created specifically to your requirements, we recommend checking all spelling and personalisation details carefully before placing your order. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will advise whether amendments can be accommodated.
If I order other items at the same time, will they be sent separately?
No. Your entire order will be dispatched together once the personalised item is complete and ready to ship.

Can you accomodate special characters?
Some special characters can be accomodated depending on the typeface and product. Please contact us directly to talk through the options before placing your order and we will be happy to discuss this.
Why is there a bristle missing from my brush?
Don't worry, your brush isn't missing a bristle and this is not a fault. The small hole in the brush cushion is intentionally designed to allow air to flow in and out as you brush. This helps the cushion flex and move with the hair, making brushing gentler and more comfortable.
