Drawing upon her vast experience of working with children Christiane skilfully guides children to the creative part of their mind through a number of carefully scripted story meditations.
Each meditation story has an underlay of subtle sound effects and gentle music, which combined with Christiane's calming voice, make them irresistible to children. This empowering audio is completely safe and very effective way to help your kids drift away into a peaceful sleep and to help build their self-confidence and self-esteem.

- You have 28 days from delivery to return items for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on changing mats that have been opened. Our changing mat dimensions are on each product listing and are sent in clear packaging so prints/colours can be assessed without the need to open packaging.
- Sale items must be returned to us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
- Personalised, made-to-order, and sample items are not eligible for refund.
- Returns after 28 days (up to 10 weeks) may qualify for exchange or credit note.
