I havent received my package after 2 weeks

I can see that you placed an order on the Saturday 26th November and it was processed by us and collected by Royal Mail on 28th November. Please bear in mind this was also during our busy promotional period (Black Friday) so our dispatch time was very quick.
As you are probably aware, there has been a lot of recent strike action over the last few months by Royal Mail and this has created huge delays in their network. We have been warning customers about this for the last few months on our social media, shipping page, website banners and confirmation emails.
We can appreciate that delivery delays are super frustrating - trust us when we say they are for us too - but this review is not a fair reflection of the product or our excellent customer service team that are ready to help you should you contact us - email@example.com.
