COVID & Black Friday Update 25.11.2020

Our team of packing elves at our warehouse are working at super speed to dispatch your orders. We are clearing the back log of orders from our early black Friday sale in preparation for our black Friday sale this upcoming weekend.

You may experience dispatch delays of up to 4 working days along with the delays with the postal and courier services. Royal Mail have reported delays of delivery with parcels taking up to 14 working days in certain areas. All international services are also experience delays.

We would ask that you bare with us and to allow for these delays before emailing us to ask the status of your order. We send everything tracked so you can follow your parcels journey. If the timescale above has exceeded then please drop us an email on info@mabelandfox.com and we can look into your order status.

COVID 19 Update 15.11.2020

We have taken the decision to launch a Better Than Black Friday Sale early. This is because we are very aware of the current demands on both our warehouse and our couriers. We want to ensure those who order during the promotional period receive their parcels before the Black Friday rush when the couriers will be under huge pressure to get parcels to customers before Christmas.

Our warehouse and couriers are working as quick as they can but please do expected delays to both dispatch and delivery timescales. We send everything tracked so you can keep an eye on your orders progress but if you have any questions please drop us an email on info@mabelandfox.com

COVID 19 Update 06.11.2020

Please note that whilst are warehouse are working as fast as they possibly can, they are experiencing delays with dispatching your orders. 90% of our orders are being dispatched on time, but some of our orders are experiencing a small delay.

COVID 19 Update 03.11.2020

Mabel & Fox is currently open & continuing to process orders at our warehouse. Our warehouse is taking the necessary precautions and operating within the recommended Government guidelines.

With recent announcements and the build up to Black Friday/Christmas we must stress that our timescales are estimates & that it is highly likely that you will experience delays with the delivery of your orders. We recommend that you order early to avoid disappointment.

Our warehouse has seen a huge increase in order volumes and so there may be a small delay with your order being dispatched. The majority of our orders will continue to be dispatched within their time frame but please keep in mind this is not a guarantee given current the situation.

We are now sending all parcels on a tracked service so that you can follow your parcels journey once it has been dispatched.

We offer an Express service (DPD NEXT DAY) if ordered pre 1pm but please note that this service does not necessarily mean next day delivery as our couriers will be prioritising essentials. The express service is best used when you want the parcel as soon as possible.

COVID-19 Update - March 2020
Our fulfilment centre was working hard to remain open, protect their staff and keep delivering your parcels. At busy periods there might be delays in dispatch times, which of course are out of our control. Our couriers are working hard to deliver your parcels whilst practising safe measures, but of course are prioritising food deliveries and medical packages and so may at times experience delays.
We are making sure we are keeping a close eye on the situation & should we be advised that it is no longer safe to continue to operate and we will take the necessary measures needed. We are also carefully looking out our recommended delivery times - which of course due to this challenging times can be subject to delays. For example: Royal Mail are experiencing delays in certain areas of up to three weeks, so although your parcel may be sent on a Royal Mail 48 hour service it could be delayed considerably. This is why we have offered a DPD - Next Day service if you need your parcel sooner (please note whilst most parcels are delivered next working day if your local couriers have high volumes of priority parcels such as medical supplies they may experience delays delivering your parcels).
Many thanks for your support during this challenging and unsettled time.
