Orders containing changing mats can take up to 7-10 working days to be dispatched (we are currently dispatching direct from our manufacturer).
Please note once dispatch it can take up to 5 working days to be delivered, depending on your local couriers services. 
If you order in stock items alongside an item coming direct from manufacturer, we may send in two parcels. 
 Shipping Costs will be calculated at checkout. We charge £3.75 for small weight orders and £4.75 for medium weight orders & our large playmats are £9.75. All items will be carefully wrapped and sent to you via Hermes courier service. If you have any problems with your delivery, please get in touch and we can send you your tracking information.



We really hope that you love your products, but of course we understand that at times that you may want to return an item. 

In the event that you want to request a refund, please contact us on within 14 days of receiving your order to raise your request. 

 Returned items must arrive to us in the same condition as when you received them and be returned in the original packaging. Your item will need to be returned via Hermes and we recommend that you send via a signed service. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost, and we do not cover the cost of returning your goods. 

So long as you have contacted us within the 14 days post receiving your order to notify us of your wish to return the item, you can send the item back within 28 days of receipt. 

Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the return, and will be refunded to the original payment method used when the order was placed. 

We cannot be held responsible for any interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for the returns to be refunded to your card.
