Please take a look at our announcement bar at the top of our website for current dispatch times. Where possible we try to give the most accurate estimate, but under the current government enforced restrictions we are noticing a slight delay with some of our collections/delivery times. 
Orders made pre 20th March are subject to a 10-14 working day turn around time (due to orders being made to order). Orders placed after this date are subject to a 4/5 working day dispatch (we usually dispatch sooner but given the current situation we have allowed for a couple of extra days).

If you have ordered in stock items alongside an item coming direct from manufacturer (mats), we may send in two parcels. (This is applicable if you have placed an order pre 20th March). 
 As of Wednesday 25th March 17.00pm any orders place will be sent via Parcel Force and so some shipping options have incurred a price rise.  We will use Parcel Force 48 hour delivery service along with Royal Mail options. We have chosen Parcel Force as it is a sophisticated courier service that offers many delivery options along with allocating a 1hour delivery slot. Orders placed prior to this will be dispatched via Hermes. 


We really hope that you love your products, but of course we understand that at times that you may want to return an item. 

In the event that you want to request a refund, please contact us on within 7 days of receiving your order to raise your request. 

 Returned items must arrive to us in the same condition as when you received them and be returned in the original packaging. The service used is up to the customer, but we recommend Hermes or Parcel Force and always recommend that you opt for a signed for service.

We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost, and we do not cover the cost of returning your goods. 

So long as you have contacted us within the 7 days post receiving your order to notify us of your wish to return the item, you can send the item back within 14 days of receipt. 

Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the return, and will be refunded to the original payment method used when the order was placed. Please note we do not refund shipping charges. 

We cannot be held responsible for any interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for the returns to be refunded to your card.
