Shipping and Returns

Our dispatch times for in stock items is up to 3 working days.
For custom items such as jumpers, banners and dolls bedding (which are sewn on demand) its up to 7 working days dispatch.
PRE ORDER (15 WORKING DAYS DISPATCH)
Please note once dispatch it can take up to 5 working days to be delivered, depending on your local couriers services.
Shipping: Shipping Costs will be calculated at checkout. We charge £3.75 for orders up to £50 and free shipping for anything over this value. All items will be carefully wrapped and sent to you via Hermes courier service. If you have any problems with your delivery, please get in touch and we can send you your tracking information.
Returns: We are always happy to accept a return should you change your mind but please note this term does not apply to any of our personalised products, unless the product is faulty. We are happy for you to send unwashed and unworn products back within 7 days of receipt, via your chosen postage method – preferably recorded. Please note we will only reimburse postage fees for a faulty item.

Personalisation: We encourage you to double check all order details once placed. If you have noticed a mistake with your order details please get in touch within 12 hours and we will be able to change your order. We cannot take responsibility for any mistakes upon ordering.
