We aim to get your orders out within a couple of days - please contact us on email@example.com if your order is urgent and we will endeavour to dispatch asap or alternatively please use our Express Service.
We endeavour to use the most reliable postage services so your parcel arrives quickly, and safely - we currently use Royal Mail & Parcel Force. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you along with our couriers emailing your your tracking details - please check your junk folders.
Our postage charges are as follows:
Standard Shipping - Standard Parcel - £3.75 (2-4 day service from dispatch)
Standard Shipping - Large Parcel - £4.95 (2-4 day service from dispatch)
EXPRESS - £8.95 (1-2 day service from dispatch) Please note that we have a 12pm cut off for same day dispatch for EXPRESS shipping. If ordered outside of this timeframe we will process next working day.
At present we are offering free standard shipping on orders over £75 - this is for UK only. This will automatically be applied at checkout stage.
Please keep in mind that our shipping timeframes are approximates. We cannot be held responsible for delays with our couriers - it is simply outside of our control. We rarely experience delays with our couriers, as we have opted for a more premium service but if you are experiencing difficulty then please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
Postage Charges Explained:
We aim to be as transparent as possible with our shipping rates, so if you're wondering why our shipping charges are a little more expensive then this will may explain.
Due to the size of our changing mats our courier choices are limited, which does mean unfortunately they are more expensive to send than you may think. We cannot be as competitive with our postage charges as the big retail giants - they receive preferential shipping rates with couriers.
We currently pay our couriers £5.00 to send our wedge changing mats / standard baby changing mats, our cost of packaging & warehouse staff / customer service team charges are on top of this. Our postage fee of £4.95 goes towards the overall cost, but does not cover this entirely.
Our in-house warehouse are working hard to remain open, protect their staff and keep delivering your parcels. At busy periods there might be delays in dispatch times, which of course are out of our control. Our couriers are working hard to deliver your parcels whilst practising safe measures, but of course are prioritising food deliveries and medical packages and so may at times experience delays.
We are making sure we are keeping a close eye on the situation & should we be advised that it is no longer safe to continue to operate and we will take the necessary measures needed. We are also carefully looking out our recommended delivery times - which of course due to this challenging times can be subject to delays. For example: Royal Mail are experiencing delays in certain areas of up to three weeks, so although your parcel may be sent on a Royal Mail 48 hour service it could be delayed considerably.
