I ordered a few items and one received was incorrect, I sent an email straight away and unfortunately the item I had originally ordered was out of stock. Hannah from customer service could not have been more helpful, she sent me various options of other items that were similar and sent the new item out free of charge and it was delivered really quickly!

The quality of the products are amazing, I've ordered the Wedge Changing mat and although baby isn't here yet I can't wait to start using it!
Overall the whole shopping experience just felt really personal and attentive!
I don't know the gender of the baby yet but have my eye on a few more items I'd like to buy, and I'm safe in the knowledge that the products will be of high quality and the service received will be second to none!
