- Material: Silicone beads, 100% food grade silicone / wood clasp made from natural and ecofriendly wood / nylon string that is resistant to mold and mildew.
- Not dishwasher safe, wash only by hand with soap and water.
- Do not lengthen the pacifier clip and do not attach is to cords, ribbons, laces, or loose parts of clothing for safety reasons. Also do not use when baby is in a cot, bed, or crib unsupervised.
- Safety standard: EN12586.
Warning: This is not a toy. Before each use, check the whole soother holder. Throw away at the first sign of weakness or damage. Never lengthen the soother holder! Do not attach it to cords, ribbons, laces, or loose parts of clothing as this is a choking hazard. We recommend the soother holder should only be attached to tighter fitting clothing and checked before each use.

Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before Christmas Day. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Extended Return Window: Items purchased between the 24th of November 2025 and the 24th of December 2025 are eligible for return until the 14th of January 2026.

- You have 28 days from delivery to return items for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on changing mats that have been opened. Our changing mat dimensions are on each product listing and are sent in clear packaging so prints/colours can be assessed without the need to open packaging.
- Sale items must be returned to us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
- Personalised, made-to-order, and sample items are not eligible for refund.
- Returns after 28 days (up to 10 weeks) may qualify for exchange or credit note.
